Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative marketing assistant to support the marketing team in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. The marketing assistant will assist with daily administrative tasks, help with the creation of marketing content, conduct market research, and coordinate various marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including campaign briefs, emails, and other marketing contents.
Assist with influencer marketing, including contacting influencers via email and managing contact lists
Assist in identifying target audiences and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development to support marketing goals
Help manage relationships with brands, partners, and agencies
Maintain and update marketing databases
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or a similar role is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills: Both English and Korean
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive attitude
Key Skills:

Creativity and problem-solving abilities
Analytical and research skills
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

근무시간: 월~금_9:00 - 18:00 (1시간 점심)
급여: 인터뷰시 협의
