Job Description
- Manage collections of outstanding account receivables
- Contacting customers via phone/mail in a professional manner while keeping/improving customer relations
- Prepare & provide various daily, weekly or monthly A/R activity reports to stakeholders
- Perform various ad hoc reporting & analysis
- Account reconciliation
- Report detailed bad A/R ststus and initiate bad A/R collection, insurance claim, bad A/R write-off & management reporting
- Perform daily & weekly taks essential to the operation of A/R team
Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- AA or BS degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred; flexible with major if candidate has sufficient experience and/or education in related area
- Advanced skill in MS Excel formulas
- Data mining & analysis experience
- Basic knowledge & understanding of ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Bilingual is preferred
Pay
- $24.00 ~ 27.00/hr
