Hanok K-Beauty is a BRAND NEW 4500sqft aesthetic spa focused on natural derived products and services with Korean beauty culture at its core. Hanok K-Beauty is seeking
highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a K-Beauty Client Coordinator at our aesthetic spa. If you thrive in a customer-based environment, excel
in excellent customer services, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a bright and professional demeanor
Consult clients on services and products offered
Check-in and out guests using POS software & maintaining bookings
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience
Working with high profile clients, celebs, athletes, and mega influencers is a plus.
What We are Looking For:
Previous experience in sales especially in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry a plus
Excellence in customer service and a natural sales drive highly desired
Exceptional communication and interpersonal and teamwork skills
Bilingual English and Korean highly desired**
Genuine interest and a general scope of knowledge for K-Beauty products and aesthetics facials a huge plus
