We are an established Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm located in Los Angeles (Wilshire + Western) area in need of a FULL TIME office assistant/appraisal coordinator who can process appraisal requests, call on appraisers, update clients, and perform typical managerial duties. You will develop and maintain a good rapport with our clients to meet customer service standards.
Those acquiring to get into the Real Estate Appraisal field is a plus, but not required.
This is an entry level position with room to grow. We are looking for long term employees.
-Must be fluent in English.
-Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
-Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with a team.
-Excellent office administration skills, including knowledge of email, word and excel.
-Work well in a team environment with the ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff.
-Responsible for all aspects of customer identification and engagement including the identification and development of new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
$15 - $18/hr based on experience, 9 AM - 5 PM full time
