Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with merchandise organization and sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude.and ability to work successfully within the team. Knowledge of Kpop is a big plus but is not required.
We are looking to fill the following positions
Stock:
Prior experience working with inventory & stock
Great attention to detail & organization
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
High energy
Cashiers:
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Great Customer service skills & friendly demeanor
Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
Knowledge of Kpop is a huge plus
Customer experience:
Great Customer service skills & friendly demeanor
High energy
Knowledge of Kpop is a huge plus
Able to walk around and stand for long periods of time
Cafe:
Experience working with pre-prepped food
Great customer service
Food Handler Card a plus
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior retail experience preferred.
Strong interest in Kpop culture and familiarity with popular Kpop artists, groups, and merchandise is a huge plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable and punctual attendance to our Buena Park location.
Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
We expect hundreds of customers per day!
Pay: $17 to $18
