Summary:
We are a restaurant management company in LA seeking a talented In-House Lawyer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity,

Responsibilities:
-Appear in court and settlement conferences on behalf of Corp. and argue motions during legal proceedings.
-Must be able to perform legal research as needed.
-Draft legal pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs, as well as respond to correspondence.
-Identify a conflict and determine case strategies with options for resolution.
-Staying informed on any current statutory and case laws
-Conduct and defend expert and witness depositions and mediation successfully.
-Create, review, negotiate, draft a broad range of contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization including contracts,
agreements, and other legal documents subcontracting agreement, service agreements and consulting agreements.
Job type: Full-time
Schedule:8 hours / Monday to Friday/ Working hour may vary
Requirement: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Pay: 최소 $120,000 이상 (경력에 따라 다를 수 있음)
