Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Have client base like department store etc.
- Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Have own clients base like department stores
- Must have 5+ years sales experience
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is a plus
