Genoray America Inc. is the American subsidiary office and has seen exponential growth since it expanded to the US market in 2009 and is seeking a new Human Resources Associate to join the team.
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee exits
- Administer payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthly
- Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
- Develops, implements, and monitors compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programs
- Researches, reviews, maintains, and renews company benefit packages
- Align HR programs and objectives with headquarter in Korea and provide necessary HR data and information
- Manage the office work environment, office assets and supplies, company events
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans
- Detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual in Korean/English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $50,000/yr depending on experience
