Position: Office Administrative Assistant (Full-Time Entry Level Position)
Job Summary
We are urgently seeking professionals for a great opportunity at an Entry Level position that will provide great experience in the wholesale industry. The Office Administrative Assistant will be tasked to help assist/support the office and fulfill general administrative duties. A detailed list of descriptions is listed below.
Responsibilities:
Managing filing system, recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents (scanning and organizing), and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills (preferred).
Requirements and skills:
High School diploma or G.E.D required.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
