◆ Position: Technical Client Success Intern

▶ Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Technical Client Success Intern to join our team and play a role in supporting our groundbreaking ultrasound video transmission solution, "Momitalk". This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, establish the technical client success functions, as well as contribute to product development to make a big impact at a company poised to disrupt the digital healthcare industry. Needless to say you will be collaborating with a best-in-class team at your disposal for assisted professional growth.

1. Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with sales, engineering, and our tech support partner company to support client success initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
2. Client Onboarding & Training: Assist in the onboarding of new clients by conducting training sessions, demonstrating our product feature, and ensuring a smooth transition to our solution, “Momitalk”.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing and resolving issues related to our hardware solutions. Troubleshoot technical problems and offer clear, actionable solutions.
4. Product Feedback & Improvement: Act as a liaison between clients and our product development team, collecting and analyzing client feedback to inform future product enhancements and features.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and support activities for internal review.


▶Qualifications:
 - Proficiency in Google Office applications (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides).
 - Professional fluency in both Korean and English.
 - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
 - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 - Flexibility, adaptability to change, and a keen interest in the IT and healthcare industry.


▶Preferred Qualifications:
 - 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles or relevant fields.
 - Bachelor’s degree in technology, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
 - Native fluency in both Korean and English languages.
