*Mortgage Loan Fulfillment – Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete
- Prepare loan packages for underwriting for approval
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and lending compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial documents
- Proficient in using mortgage servicing software and other relevant tools

*Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, insurance and 401(k) enrollment
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary.
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
- Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team.
Skills:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities:
- Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and records
- Perform risk assessment reports
- Analyze all income, asset, credit, title and property information in a residential loan for all loans.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
- Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
- Provide elite service to internal and external clients
- Communicate immediately and effectively verbally and in writing with all applicants and internal team members.
- Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients

Responsibilities:
- Work with title, escrow, settlement agents and attorneys to facilitate the closing of a residential mortgage loan.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of Closing Disclosures and closing documents.
- Ensure regulatory compliance on all closings, including, but not limited to QM and TRID.
- Review loan file to ensure all conditions of loan approval have been met and signed off by the appropriate party.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
Skills and Qualification:

*Mortgage Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensure policies and procedures comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist management with the implementation of regulatory changes.
- Train personnel on compliance-related matters.
- Provide responses regarding daily questions from associates throughout the company regarding complex TRID, Regulation B, and other regulatory issues.
Skills and Qualification:
- Be a subject matter expert on mortgage industry standards (e.g. FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, HUD, and Fair Lending Guidelines) and lending guidelines (e.g. Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, etc.)
- Have a highly developed work ethic including self-motivation, time management, organizational, and detail orientation skills.
