TICTOC, a leading women's fashion brand, is currently seeking a person to join our team. If you have a knack for organization and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Utilize N41 to track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and address any issues that may arise.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software (N41, Faire, FashionGo) is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
