Job Description
- Coordinate shipments
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents, and prepares bills and invoices
- Perform necessary tests to verify compliance with established quality standards for both incoming and outgoing
- Document incoming and outgoing inspection reports
- Test returned products and document test results
- Inventory management
- Perform necessary tests for new product qualifications
- Take care of logistic related inquiries
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in US
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Data entry with Quickbooks
- Experience with CRM
- Team player
