In addition to seeing patients in a standard office and hospital setting, some practices also include in-office Angiosuites where physicians can perform minimally invasive vascular procedures in a highly efficient and safe setting.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Front- and back-office
Answer phone calls and triage calls to appropriate personnel.
Check in/out patients, process co-pays, and schedule follow-up visits.
Register new patients and update all relevant patient information into EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
Escort patients into rooms, and take vital signs (blood pressure, height/weight, etc).
Facilitate patient flow by notifying physicians of patients’ arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
Train with physicians to provide medical services, such as drain removals and suture removals.
Stock patient examination rooms and hallways with supplies and help maintain cleanliness.
Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA standards.
Schedule:8:00AM-5:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Work setting: In-person
Language: Bilingual English and Korean is required
