Flow Pilates is a new modern Pilates studio located in the heart of Los Angeles. We are currently looking for experienced Pilates instructors to join our team!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead group classes and provide personalized training sessions to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals through Pilates exercises.
Duties:
- Conduct group Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels
- Provide individualized Pilates training sessions tailored to clients' needs
- Instruct clients on proper form and technique during exercises
- Develop and implement effective Pilates programs for clients
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Qualifications:
- Pilates instructor certification with at least 400 hours of training
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Experience in personal training or fitness instruction
- Proficiency in Pilates techniques and principles
- Ability to design effective class for individuals and groups
- Experience in group reformer instruction
- Fluent English
