**자격 요건 및 요구사항**
학력/교육/자격증 :
-고등학교 졸업 또는 GED
-캘리포니아주 메디컬 어시스턴트 자격증 소지 필수
경력:
-노약자 또는 취약 계층과 최소 1년 이상 근무 경험
주요 업무 및 책임 :
-매일 임상 및 의료팀과 상담하여 참가자들의 일일 일정 조율 및 우선순위 지정 보조
-차팅 요건을 충족하기 위한 파일링 및 행정 업무 수행
-참가자의 활력 징후 측정, 진료실로 안내, 진료 준비 보조
-간단한 진단 절차 및 치료 시 의사 및 간호사 보조
-진료실 소모품 재고 확인 및 관리, 필요한 물품 주문 리스트 작성
-장비 준비 및 진료, 검사, 치료 중 의사 및 간호사 지원
-실험실 검체 라벨링 및 정시 운송 준비 책임
-클리닉 물품 재고 유지 및 필요 물품 재주문 리스트 작성, 항상 충분한 재고 확보
급여 및 복지:
시급 $20 - $24 + 직원 복리후생 제공

Medical Assistant Position

**Qualifications and Requirements**
Education/Training/Certifications :
-High School Diploma or GED
-Current Medical Assistant certification in State of California
Experience :
-Minimum of 1 year working with a frail or elderly population
Duties and Responsibilities :
-Consult each day with the Clinical and Medical staff on managing the participant flow for the day. Assist in prioritizing the scheduling of participants.
-Document in the medical record as appropriate to scope of practice.
-Perform any necessary filing or clerical duties necessary to complete charting requirements.
-Takes vital signs of participants, escorts participants to exam rooms, and prepares participants to be seen in the clinic.
-Assist participants in disrobing, positions participants in bed, chair or exam table and ensures they are ready to see nurses and physicians as appropriate.
-Perform collection of specimens within scope of practice, as requested by clinical staff.
-Assist physicians and nurses with minor diagnostic procedures and treatment. Assists in any medical procedures as requested by staff with training and within scope of practice.
-Maintain exam rooms for necessary supplies and materials and stocks as needed. Prepares list of medical supplies to be ordered.
-Prepare equipment and aids physician and nurses during treatment, examination and testing of participants.
-Responsible for ensuring all lab specimens are labeled and ready for courier to pick up in a timely manner.
Salary & Benefits:
$20 - $24/hr + Employee Benefits
