▶ Accounting Department (Los Angeles, Staff / Manager, Full-Time)
• Management in day-to-day administrative and office operation support
• Management in the day-to-day accounting operation
• Maintenance and oversight of office operations
• Preparation and review of operational and accounting data reports
• Analysis of internal processes
• Development and implementation of administrative policy changes
• Support business planning with Board of directors
• Account management/Sales support
• Other duty as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related fields
- Experience 2~3 years in Accounting / Business Planning / Progress Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbook applications
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- MBA (Business/Financing) Preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English a plus

▶ Collection Department (Los Angeles, Staff / Manager, Full-Time)
• Prepare daily deposit and bring to the bank
• Apply all customer payments
• Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all credit documentation is complete
• Check customer references and assist with monitoring customer account credit status
• High volume collection phone calls and e-mailing
• Work closely with sales reps to help resolve proposed credits
• Research and process credits and deductions
• Weekly accounts receivable aging reporting
• Review lagging accounts with upper management on a regular basis
• Additional duties to be assigned by management

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word process 
- Ability to learn and adapt to internal systems and processes

▶ Human resource and General Affair (Los Angeles, Staff / Manager, Full-Time)
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Submit and handle weekly reports
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities 
   (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assisting general affair function for the department manager
• Maintain of supplies, office asset, vendor notification and building maintenance contact and follow up
• Assist organization/priority list for the department manager
• Improving current process/vendor

- ​Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant HR/Administrator Position 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills

▶ IT & System Professional (Los Angeles, Staff / Manager, Full-Time)
• Be an effective manager and mentor. Align various IT positions to achieve common goals and develop your team 
  members professionally.
• Develop and manage a small global enterprise IT team across our offices.
• Leverage your past Systems Engineering experience to drive Automation and Design/Implementation of Strategic IT initiatives.
• Execute and implement a technical project when necessary.
• Identify the scope of all current and future projects and set goals to push the team forward.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems quickly
• Oversee procurement and vendor relationships for Enterprise IT.
• Ensure technology meets current organizational standards and appropriately capacity plan for future organizational needs.
• Partner with Information Security to enforce security compliance.

- 5+ years of previous Systems Engineering/Administration experience is required.
- 3+ years of managing an IT team is required.
- 5+ years of technical experience designing and architecting robust internal systems in a rapidly changing environment. 
   Cloud experience a plus.
- Must have hands on experience in IT support required for Windows, Mac and Mobile endpoints.
- Must be able to create and review automation scripts.
- Must be proactive in understanding and staying up-to-date with industry technology trends and applicability to the organization
