1. Receptionist
Employment Status: Part-Time or Full Time
Please indicate your desired employment status.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for our company
• Welcome and greet visitors
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate party or take messages
• Receive and sort mails/packages
• Keep track of office and kitchen inventory
• Maintain cleanliness in reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms
• Support different divisions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:
• Associate’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Skills and Requirements:
• Entry level
• 1+ year experience preferred
• Bilingual English & Korean
• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Will-do, positive attitude
• Occasional travel required for business purposes

2. Accounting Manager
Employment Status: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for A/P, A/R, payroll, month/quarter/annual -end close, and other accounting operations
• Analyze budgetary, financial, and statistical data
• Assist with company’s cash flow, tax audits, and tax returns
• Create, implement, and maintain entity and departmental accounting policies and procedures
• Obtain necessary approvals from management for all purchases and ensure the orders are properly organized
• Review vendor relations and invoices for accurate payments
• Monitor bank balance, review bank reconciliation, and perform analysis of GL
• Support and communicate with related departments in HQ (Korea)
• Accountable for following company guidelines, policies and procedures, and ensure ethical business practices
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

Skills and Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience
• Bilingual in English & Korean
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and manage confidential & sensitive information
• Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
• Proficiency in MS Outlook & MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in QuickBooks or SAP preferred
• Strong knowledge in GAAP preferred

3. A&R (Artist & Repertoire)
Employment Status: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in following up on HQ & SM USA projects
• Communicate with HQ A&R division to execute plans and strategies
• Translate given tasks such as emails, lyrics, contracts, etc.
• Manage writers and receive demo songs
• Organize studio for song camp by coordinating sessions with producers and songwriters
• Arrange respective audios files and lyrics per broadcast program, concert, etc.
• Coordinate dealmaking processes and contracts amongst company, artists, songwriters, and producers
• Network within all levels of the music industry (managers, agents, publishers, songwriters, products, lawyers)
• Research potential artists, songwriters, and producers
• Assist artists and managers
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred

Skills and Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Awareness of American and Korean pop culture especially those affiliated with SM Entertainment
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and manage confidential, sensitive information
• Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
• Ability to create and manage strong relationships with artists, producers, and songwriters in a professional manner and adapt to varying circumstances
• Advanced in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MAC products (computers, software, programs)
• Proficiency in MS Outlook & MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools, Nuendo, Logic Pro, Cubase, etc. preferred
• Occasional travel required for business purposes

4. Director of Operations
Employment Status: Full Time

The Director of Operations (DO) will be responsible for the opening of the restaurant, developing business strategies and implementing plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and leadership to restaurant staff by delivering culinary operations, labor scheduling, guest experience, inventory management, and restaurant marketing
• Be on track with budgeted goals, build sales and profit while maintaining high operating standards
• Track expenses, annual budget, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
• Ensure that sales actions are carried out by developing contacts, approaching new potential strategic markets, delivering consumer trends, and promoting services
• Review operational and related reports to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
• Accountable for following company guidelines, policies and procedures, and ensure ethical business practices
• Keep abreast of changes in the business environment both locally and internationally
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Skills and Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in restaurant business planning and leadership position
• Experience in restaurant operating, back of house, and point of sale systems
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and manage confidential, sensitive information
• Ability to manage all public dealings in a professional manner
• Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

5. Head Chef
Employment Status: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work with the Executive Chef to create and implement new recipes
• Oversee BOH and kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup
• Inventory management including but not limited to sourcing food ingredients and supplies needed to ensure efficient operation
• Conduct inspections of all food storage and service areas in compliance with FDA standards
• Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to health/sanitation regulations and policy
• Assume all responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef

Education:
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related fields

Skills and Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in the U.S.
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Korean
• Experience in Korean cuisine is a must
• Experience in Japanese and Western cuisine preferred
• Experience working in a restaurant at a 5-star hotel preferred
• Occasional travel required for business purposes
