1.  Office Assistant 

 

Job Description:

     • Data Entry

     • Filing and organization of documents

Job Requirements: 

     • Beginning-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

     • Experience with Quickbooks preferred but not required

     • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

 

 

2.  Entry Level Accounting 

 

Job Description:

     • General Bookkeeping

     • Reconcile accounts

     • Filing and organization of documents

     • Researches and solves payment discrepancies

Job Requirements:

     • Beginning-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

     • Experience with Quickbooks preferred but not required

     • Bilingual in Korean and English a plus

     • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

 

 

3.  E-Commerce Director


Job Description:

     • Lead all aspects of the company’s e-commerce team in all aspects related to website, merchandising, photo-shoots and 

        Marketing Strategy.

     • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and 

        promotional campaigns.

     • Understand and map the current state of business processes supporting the customer lifecycle.

     • Analysis for site traffic, e-commerce sales, and populate reports to evaluate and support content creation and marketing 

        campaigns utilizing market analytics

Job Requirements:

     • Over 3 years experience in the field of E-commerce

     • Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks

     • Standard HTML/CSS knowledge of usability

     • Experience with JavaScript a plus.

     • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to translate analytic data into strategic ideas

     • Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and perform in a fast-paced environment

     • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
