저는 이번에 시민권을 준비하는중 N-400 서류를 작성중에잇습니다
영주권을 받은지는 5년 되었습니다
제가 3년전인 21살때 경찰한테 체포된적이있습니다. 이유는 남자친구와 말 & 몸싸움을하다가 진술할때 남자친구가 말을 잘못해서 본인을 때렷다고햇기때문입니다.
경찰서에 가서 반나절정도 있다가 보석금을 내고 풀려낳습니다
보석금 금액은 $1000 을 내고 나왔습니다
그후에 재판에 가게된후에 케이스는 DISMISS가 되었구요
MISDEMEANOR로 판정이낳습니다.
제가 정확히 드리고 싶은 질문은:
1) 이 문제들이 시민권을 신청하는데 문제가 될까요?
2) N-400 FORM PART 12. 22번에서 29번까지 어떻게 작성을해야 되나요?

23. have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer?
24. have you been charged with committing, attempting to commit, or assisting in committing a crime or offense?
25. have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense?
26. have you ever been placed in an alternative sentencing or a rehabilitative program?
27. have you ever received a suspended sentence, been placed on probation, or been paroled?
28. have you ever been in jail or prison?
29. If you answered "yes" to any questions in Item numbers 23-28, then complete this table. if you need extra space, use additional sheetof paper and provide any evidence to support your answers
3) 만약에 시민권 신청에서 거절당하게되면 추방 당할 가능성도잇나요?
4) 영주권 renewal 은 다시 할수있는건가요?
