요번에 새로 직장을 갖게된 다카 신분의 사람입니다.
스폰서쉽이 필요하냐는 질문에 노동카드가 있어서 필요없다고 HR에 얘기 했지만
제가 풀타임 포지션이어서 회사에서 미래에 스폰서쉽을 할 수 있다고 하며
회사가 소유하고 있는 이민서비스에 연결 시켜주었습니다.
이민서비스에서 다음과 같은 이메일이 왔는데 아직 답장은 하지 않은 상태입니다.
다시 HR한테 연락해도 같은 대답이 올거 같고 이민서비스에서 온 질문들에 답장이메일을 보내면
어떤 결과가 나올지 두렵습니다. 제 답은 전부 '아니오'이고 마지막에 미국에서 살고 있다 이것뿐입니다.
지금 상황에서 그냥 넘어갔으면 좋겠는데 복잡한 상황이 계속 연출되네요. 조언 부탁드립니다.

2. You have a pending I-485 AOS application filed through your spouse's employer.
3. You have a pending I-485 AOS application filed through your spouse, who is a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.
4. You have utilized your AOS EAD card for work authorization. If YES, what is the expiration date?
5. You are currently in H-1B status?
6. You have held H-1B status in the past. If YES, how long?
7. You are currently in F-1 status, working pursuant to an OPT EAD.
8. You are currently in L-2 status, working pursuant to an L-2 EAD card.
9. You are currently in H-4 status, working pursuant to an H-4 EAD.
Otherwise, confirm if you are currently residing outside the U.S. or in the U.S.
Upon receipt of the information above, we will determine the necessary immigration actions for your employment.
