아들의 여권 재발급 관련 입니다. 17살이고 ,올 여름 Peru 여행시 미국여권을 분실해서, Peru에서 limited passport ( Issue 8/1 , expiration 8/31)을 받았습니다. 이 여권을 교체하려고 하는데 어떤 form을 사용해야 하는지 알고 싶습니다. DS-5504 같은데, 서류의 page 2 Note 를 보니 "...your submitted US passport book must not be expired" 가 있어서, 다른 form을 사용해야 하는 것 같은데,어떤 form인지 알려 주실 수 있는지요?시간내서 읽어주셔서 감사하며 좋은 하루 되세요
