1. English for Jr. High and High School Students ( 7th to 11th grade)
2. Elementary School English and Math (Kinder-6th grade)
3. TA (Teacher's Assistant)
We provide instructors with job training and comprehensive lesson plans from our own curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Requirements for employment:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- TA (College students preferred)
- Strong background in math, reading comprehension, and/or grammar and writing skills
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the subject matter
- A dynamic and engaging teaching style
- Punctual and reliable
- A proactive personality type with a knack for innovation and creative thinking
- Effective communication skills
- An enthusiasm for learning
- Patience, sincerity, and compassion
- Please note that a full background check will be conducted on all employees prior to hire.
2. Responsibilities
- Assist Elementary, Jr.high/ high school students in the mastery of Math, Reading, Writing and/or Science skills
- Teach daily lessons according to BLC curriculum
- Instruct multiple students in a classroom setting (class sizes range from 4-12 students)
- Monitor and record student progress
- Offer creative solutions to problems, both inside and outside of the classroom
3. Working Hours
-Monday through Thursday (9:00 am-Noon)
-Monday through Thursday (9:00 am-4:00 pm)
-Monday through Friday (9:00am-Noon)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
