Responsibilities:
· Assist company sales team members with data entry, order processing and status checks
· Communicate with clients via email and phone
· Act as a liaison between the sales team, shipping team and production team to follow up on orders and distribute samples
· Purchase office supplies
· Basic receptionist duties for client meetings
· Provide assistance to the CEO
Requirements:
· Must be fluent in both English and Korean
· Must be detail oriented
· Excellent communication skills
