Qualification:
Read and understand plans and specs
Direct and supervise construction site that includes in-house crew as well as numerous subcontractors
Maintaining schedules and budgets, coordinating work with internal crews and sub-contractors, material management, safety, and quality control management, and interfacing with customers.
Working with the Project manager and Foreman/Crews to ensure projects costs, schedule and quality are maintained
Must be eligible to work in the US
