Job description is as below.


1. Admin & Accounting Assistant(Newcomer)

<Job Description>

- Administrative office work & General bookkeeping
- Making Invoice, Packing List and PO
- AP, AR, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
- Administrative duties as needed
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support manager
- Other duties assigned by management

<Qualifications>

- Education: AA or BA related Business or Accounting, or related experience
- Must be bilingual Korean/English (oral, written communication skills)-Required
- Quickbook Desktop experience (highly preferred)
- Computer literate -Required (proficient knowledge of MS Office and Outlook)
- On time duty & Well understand organization
- Very detail oriented
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred, but not required) or Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred, but not required)
- Legally authorized to work in the US

2. International Trading Assistant(Newcomer)

<Job Description>

- Collect, organize and compile documents
- Customer Service as representatives
- Market Research
- Analyze Statistics and Market data/trend
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be Bilingual (English/ Korean)-Required
- International Customer Service in Trade industry is a huge plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork orientation and entrepreneurial spirit

3. Sales & Marketing Assistant(Newcomer)

- Attracting new clients
- Driving Sales
- Market Research
- Creating new marketing strategies
- Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle
- Collect, organize and compile documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
