Position: Program Recruiting Coordinator (Administrative Assistant)

Overall Job Description: Program Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for presenting J-1 exchange visitor program to local communities and business entities. Program Recruiting Coordinator will assist in recruiting and screening participants for employers.

Duties include:
- Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites
- Evaluate candidates resume and cover letters
- Provide thorough explanation of J-1 regulations and requirements to prospective candidates and host companies
- Recruit, interview and place candidates for client companies
- Maintain, organize and update candidate database
- Assist in answering phone calls and emails
- Other administrative duties as assigned
