We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who will work closely with Operations and sales team to support the job-related duties as assigned.
- General clerical and office administrative support
- Performs various accounting/administration duties as assigned
- Performs office supply purchases and equipment maintenance
- Provides administrative support to the Operations & Sales team
- Maintains database, inputs data, prepares routine reports, and office records
- Performs miscellaneous office duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be detail oriented, creative and well organized.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Work Experience Preferred:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
