* Job Description:
-Manage all purchasing activities and coordinate with related departments to ensure the company gets the best results.
-Forecast level of demands for products
-Contact manufacturer in China, and conduct negotiation process for the price, terms, lead time, etc...
-Keep monitoring and follow up the production process with the manufacturer in China.
-Co-work with Logistic company to do deliveries of products from China to the US.
-Build and maintain good relationships with new/existing suppliers.
-Keep a constant check on stock levels
-Report any defect or other issues on the product to manufacturer in China, and request for further service (replacement, credit..etc)
- Must have excellent organizational skills for planning and coordinating tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must possess good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office preferred).
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Experience in the Lighting Industry is a plus.
Work hour: 8 am - 5 pm
Monthly paid day off, Vacation PTO & 401K, Health Insurance
Entry level wage rate is $18/hr to start
