SUMMARY
This hands-on, analytical role calls for an
entrepreneurially minded marketer with demonstrable experience with data
analysis, user behavior analysis, and campaign based online marketing.
An
interest in the analytics landscape and emerging platforms is essential, as the
team’s
responsibilities and workflow are constantly evolving. In this role you
will ensure the successful performance of marketing efforts across all digital
and offline channels. A fundamental
understanding of digital marketing and
associated key metrics is necessary.
WHAT
YOU’LL DO
- Analyzing data trends around media performance, landing page and site
user experience testing
- Assessing multi-channel marketing performance by benchmarking against
historical metrics
- Leveraging Google Analytics and internal reporting tools to gain
insights about user behavior
- Assisting with campaign execution across teams with regard to tagging,
tracking, implementation and analysis
- Work with relevant stakeholders to define measurement framework. Create
and produce campaign performance reports with actionable insights delivered
daily/weekly in addition to a wrap report upon completion.
- Structuring A/B tests and analyzing results on Hulu.com and third-party
websites
- Compiling weekly campaign performance data, and helping build a
cross-channel attribution model for customer acquisition
WHAT TO BRING
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a highly analytical environment;
Media agencies, consumer loyalty programs, subscription or ecommerce business
models highly valued
- Fundamental knowledge of media metrics (CTR, CPC) and key performance
metrics (CPL, CPA)
- Extensive experience with online reporting tools (Google Analytics,
Omniture, Facebook Insight, Youtube Analytics etc.)
- Skilled at working with and distilling actionable insights from large
data sets
- Passion for the emerging media landscape, information capture, and user
behavior tracking
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and familiarity with data-related analytics
tools (Tableau, SQL)
- Nimble and open to taking on new challenges
